Mold Remediation

Mold is nature's way of decaying organic waste matter (leaves, sticks, etc). When a structure becomes wet and does not dry properly, the result is mold growth.

Once mold has colonized, they cause serious health issues for humans.

The clean up of mold-contaminated areas require extensive training and should only be performed by a Certified Mold Remediation Technician. The clean up work is time consuming and tedious, which must be performed in a self contained clean room. Such extensive clean up precautions are conducted to contain mold spores from spreading through out the non-contaminated areas.

MOLD REQUIRE 4 FACTORS TO GROW

  • Temperature ranging between 68F and 86F

  • Food supply - drywall, framing lumber, sub-floor wood materials, etc.

  • Dark dank environment - inside walls.

  • Moisture that stays in contact with mold spores for more than 48 hours.
